I promised that I would post a picture of my Valentine tree after I finished all the ornaments. Well, this is it, unless I come up with anything else I’d like to add to it. It’s just a quick shot from my cell phone, so I apologize for the photo quality. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Applique Valentine Ornaments Continued! January 25, 2015
Applique Valentine Tree Ornaments January 24, 2015
Here are the 4 Valentine ornaments I completed today. I decorate a tree in my foyer for every holiday, and I’m trying to add a few more special things every year. They take a while to make, but I will have them for years. I believe I have 6 or 7 left to finish, and then I’ll make the special ones I have in mind for my sweet grand kiddos! As for today, I am officially worn out. I hope you enjoy these!
Valentine Tree Ornaments January 23, 2015
Out of 12 ornaments that I have planned for my foyer tree, I only managed to get 2 done today. As I was designing these, I wanted them to be as much of an “in the hoop” project as possible. It took me a while to figure out how I wanted to do it, and try real hard not to screw up even one of them. I hate wasting fabric & time. Of course the embellishments & ribbon have to be added after I’m done “in the hoop” since I’m going for that sweet Valentine look. I actually think I achieved it! I hope to get a few more done this weekend. Valentine’s Day is almost here. 🙂
This one is my Candy Hearts ornament:
