Here's a salad that is a family favorite in my house, especially when there's a picnic being planned!
You will need:
16 oz box of noodles (prepare as package states, rinse and set aside)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup salad dressing
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp dill weed
1 oz package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip
1 small onion chopped
1 cup frozen peas
6 slices cooked bacon chopped into bits
1 cup cheddar or colby cheese cut in little chunks
1/2 cup milk (last ingredient, add before serving)
In a large salad bowl, mix together all the above ingredients, with the exception of the noodles & milk. Then add your cooked noodles, mix well and chill. Before serving, add 1/2 cup of milk, and remix for cool creamy salad that's sure to please!
