1 box of stuffing mix
Bacon Slices
Bread Crumbs (I use Panko Breading)
Egg
Toothpicks

I did not specify the amounts for your loin chops, or bacon slices. That really depends how many you are making, and how many bacon strips you want to wrap around your stuffed loin chop.
Spray baking sheet with non stick spray, and preheat oven to 325 degrees. I prepare my stuffing mix in the microwave & set it aside. I had leftovers since I only made 2.
Next, put your bacon strips on a plate & microwave till they are partially done (about 4 minutes). They will finish cooking in the oven.
When bacon is done, lay your strips out on your pan in the direction you’ll be rolling up your chops.
In a bowl, mix your egg with a little milk and beat well with a fork. Pour some of your bread crumbs on a plate to prepare for breading the chops. Dip you chop in the egg mixture, and then put it into the bread crumbs. Coat both sides of the chop well with breading. Now lay the chop on top of the bacon slices. Spoon on some of the cooked stuffing. Fold the chop over the stuffing. Next, grab each end of your first bacon strip, and pull them up over the stuffed chop. Secure each strip with a toothpick. Do this with each slice of bacon. Repeat the process with all the loin chops you are preparing.
Bake uncovered in a 325 degree over for 1 hours, and get ready to taste something AMAZING!
