Corn Beef & Cabbage March 17, 2014

     I hope you all had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!  Did you make anything green for dinner?  I made the traditional Corn Beef & Cabbage that my mama used to make every year.  Use my recipe to cure your own corn beef right here at:    When your beef is cured, put it in your crock pot with a cup or two of water, add baby red potatoes, carrots, celery, rutabaga & onion.  Let it cook on high for 6-8 hours.  Serve nice & hot with a drizzle of vinegar on top.  We definitely got our GREEN on today!
