Jiffy Chocolate Grahams April 20, 2013

     I call these my Jiffy Chocolate Grahams since they encompass the smooth taste of Jiff Creamy Peanut Butter, Graham Crackers & dipping chocolate.  They store nicely in your refrigerator or freezer.  These are sure to cure a sweet tooth!

How to make these & what you'll need:

I use "Plymouth Pantry Chocolate Almond Bark" for dipping. I get it at Walmart, but I'm sure you can purchase your favorite dipping chocolate just about anywhere.  This brand melts so smooth in the microwave, and it's easy to use.  DO NOT ADD ANY WATER TO THIS, or chocolate will harden and not be usable.  

Graham Crackers or Ritz Crackers

Peanut Butter – Your favorite brand.  I love Jiff Creamy, so that's what I used.

Spread peanut butter on on cracker, and place another on top.  Smoosh them together, and dip in melted chocolate.  I shake them to get the overabundance of chocolate off.  Place on wax paper until they set.  I used the White Almond Bark, and a Wilton icing bag to stripe them.   If you don't like peanut butter, just dip your graham crackers.   This can be a fun project with little ones.  YES, it's messy…but chocolate washes off, and so do kids!  Enjoy!
